Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Damaged or Defective Products

Damaged or defective products may be returned to PurelyPerfectHair.com after contacting info@purelyperfecthair.com. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your damaged item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Lead Time

All orders have a 1-2 business day lead time upon receipt of order. Shipping method applies after order has shipped.

Orders placed during a holiday or promotion will have an approximate lead time of 3-4 business days upon receipt of order. Shipping method applies after order has shipped.

How To Return Your Item
